As the Chief People Officer, Brian leads and oversees all of the Human Resources functions for our organization of 120 associates based across the US and Latin America. In addition to providing HR generalist support for the executive team, he is responsible for evaluating all the positions within the organization and establishing salary grades and salary ranges for the Company. Brian instituted talent assessments and succession planning and developed and implemented an annual appraisal system.
Brian is a seasoned Human Resource executive business leader with extensive experience in global Human Resource operations for Fortune 500 companies and major brands. Throughout his career, he has been exceeding business goals through the development of comprehensive strategic programs, practices and solutions that attract and retain high-potential talent. A trusted advisor and business partner, Brian has the ability to cultivate effective working relationships with a diverse and international workforce.
Prior to joining 1Concier, Brian spent 20 years at Philip Morris International as Vice President, Human Resources of Latin America and Canada, Head of Organizational and Management Affairs of Indonesia, and Director, Human Resources of Russia, Belarus, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Brian graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management.
