Lou excels in overseeing and facilitating communication between 1Concier and its customers, emphasizing policy adherence, and nurturing strong customer relations.
Lou actively engages with Hospitality channels, interacting with top-level management through entry-level positions. He also spearheads and leads a dedicated team of field Sales Executives within the region.
With a proven history of successful sales and operational management, Lou is a detail-oriented professional skilled in negotiations, prospecting, business development, marketing, and customer service. His experience spans various roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Cozzini Bros. Inc, Sales Manager at UniFirst Corporation, and General Manager at Vector Security Inc.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and is an alumnus of the Leadership Lackawanna Executive Program.
