She is responsible for ensuring the achievement and exceeding of Net Sales Plans, Gross Profit Margins, New Distribution Sales Plans, and Product Sales targets. Barbara excels in facilitating communication between 1Concier, its customers, and staff, with a strong emphasis on policy adherence and the cultivation of robust customer relationships. She actively engages with various channels, interacting with both top-level management and entry-level positions. Additionally, Barbara leads a dedicated team of field Sales Executives across the East Coast region.

Starting as a customer representative, she strategically advanced through the ranks to become a distinguished Account Executive and ultimately a Senior Vice President of Sales. Barbara possesses extensive knowledge of all business facets, particularly in understanding and fulfilling customer needs. She has been instrumental in facilitating and specializing in cruise ship and casino openings. Barbara employs a coaching approach, sharing valuable product knowledge with her field representatives and clients.
