March 8th is truly a recognition of women all around the world. It celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women while highlighting the problems women face in day-to-day life as well as in the professional environment. Some of the strongest, smartest, and hardest working people in my life are women. This starts at home with my immediate family— my wife, mom, and daughter and extends to the women I am lucky enough to work with.
The women at Riegel | TY | Harbor are smart, organized, selfless and they get it done— despite whatever adversity is thrown at them. I am thankful for each and every woman that I work with and I hope that when you all go home at night— you get the same recognition from your own families.
I ask that as an organization, we all take a moment on Monday to reflect on the women that we work with— let’s celebrate everything that they do for us both as a company and on an individual basis— I know that I will continue to be amazed at your work ethic, smarts and ability to succeed in everything you do no matter what the obstacle. Know that you have my awe and gratitude.
