As the Vice President Corporate Accounts, Theresa is accountable for strategically collaborating with field and inside sales teams to manage and develop strong business relationships with Corporate Accounts (Flags, Corporate, and Branded) by offering solutions and services to assist Customers.
She plays a crucial role in communication management, pricing strategies, and customer education, representing 1Concier in driving cross-selling initiatives.
Theresa is instrumental in deploying 1Concier’s sales framework, managing Corporate Account teams, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. She participates in marketing campaigns and conducts formal business reviews to enhance operational accountability and drive customer satisfaction.
Theresa joined Riegel Linen in 2000 and has been a key contributor to our business over the last 23 years. She previously served as the Director of Merchandise & Institutional Manager in the Hospitality and Linen Supply Table Linen division. In this capacity, she oversaw the division, and was responsible for generating profit, and managed sales, customer service, purchasing, cost management, and manufacturing and quality control facilities.
With an extensive background in managing complex projects, negotiating contracts, and developing innovative product programs, Theresa has been instrumental in achieving remarkable success within the textile manufacturing industry.
Theresa holds a BA in English from Lock Haven University and earned a Millinery Certificate from Parsons School of Design in 1996.
