During a recent 12-day visit across the Middle East and Asia, Tony and senior leaders conducted in-person facility tours to ensure:
- ISO 9000 compliance and similar certifications
- Environmentally sensitive practices, including solar power adoption and water recycling
- Safe, fair, and humane working conditions
- Community support, such as housing and school transportation for workers’ families
